Contract for Legal Services with Catholic Legal Services Downtown Miami
This contract (the “Contract”) is entered into between the undersigned parties, hereinafter referred to as “Client” and Catholic Legal Services Downtown Miami, hereinafter referred to as “CLS”, for the provision of legal services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

| 1.1 CLS agrees to provide legal representation and assistance to the Client in matters pertaining to immigration, family law, and other legal services as agreed upon between the parties. |
| Article 2 – Term Engagement |

| 2.1 The term of engagement for legal services shall commence on the date of signing this Contract and shall continue until the completion of the agreed-upon legal matter or the termination of the engagement by either party in accordance with the provisions set forth herein. |
